摘　　要：俄罗斯联邦法学专业国家教育标准,对法学学士培养提出了更高的人格养成标准,这个共同标准不容许按照领域和职业进行细化;全日制法学专业本科生208周的学习期限和8370总学时(其中,理论教学学时为7830学时,实践540学时)的学习负担,特别是在理论教学阶段,每周最低27学时最高54学时的设置;在课程设置上,具有通识教育和专业教育并重的鲜明特色,而且在该问题上俄罗斯联邦具有更大的发言权,绝大部分的课程设置属于联邦部分课程;在课程内容方面,高度重视理论法学、基础法学和比较法学,设置了数量众多且学时庞大的相应课程,特别是在基础法学方面,民法(684学时)和刑法(378学时)两门课程的学时比例极高,其中民法课程的学时最多、所占学时比例最高,成为名副其实的法学课程之王。The National Education Standards for Law Majors in the Russian Federation raises a higher standard of personality development for the Bachelor of Laws.The common standards do not allow for subdivision by field and occupation;the full-time law major undergraduates have a 208-week study period and 8370 total hours(The theoretical teaching time is 7830 hours and practice time is 540 hours).Especially in the theoretical teaching stage,the stipulated time is the minimum of 27 hours per week and the maximum of 54 hours of setting,which,for college students,can never be a relaxed academic burden.In terms of curriculum,it has distinctive characteristics of general education and professional education,and the federal education agencies have a greater say on this issue.Most of the curriculum is part of the federal level curriculum.In terms of course content,it attaches great importance to legal theories,basic laws and comparative laws have set up a large number of corresponding courses with a large number of hours.Especially in basic laws,the civil law(684 hours)and criminal law(378 hours)have a very high proportion of hours,among of which civil law courses have the highest proportion of school hours,which is the majority of the courses for law majors.
