摘　　要：高等职业教育培养高技能应用型人才的关键在于人才培养模式的创新.武汉软件工程职业学院连锁经营管理专业经过近年来的探索和实践,在开展"订单班"、"现代学徒制"试点的经验基础上,逐渐形成了"双证融通、工学结合"的人才培养新模式.在教学改革上取得了一定的经验和成绩,较好地适应了区域经济发展的需要.The key to cultivating high-skilled applied talents in higher vocational education lies in the innovation of personnel training mode.After exploring and practicing in recent years,the chain management specialty of Wuhan Vocational College of Software Engineering has gradually formed a new talent training mode of"double certificate integration and combination of work and study"on the basis of the experience of carrying out"order class"and"modem apprenticeship"pilot projects.Some experience and achievements have been achieved in the teaching reform,which is well adapted to the needs of regional economic development.
