老子“无为”摄生思想新义发微

摘　　要："无""为""无为"是老子的核心思想之一,涵盖摄生、治国等方面。事物皆因"无"(即"道")而生,由"有"而成,而最终回归于"无"。"道"为万物之母,使万物自有其自在本然状态及其规定性。笔者采取文本研究兼采诸家注解分析初步得出"无为"的摄生思想内涵是"由‘无’而‘为’,法于‘自然’",考察事物"无"之本源顺其自然的本性而"为"。其次,联系《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)等养生著作,从"辅万物自然"与"顺四时阴阳""抱一守静"与"恬淡虚无""为未有"与"治未病"3个角度探讨老子"无为"摄生思想。道法自然,无生万物,物壮则老,顺从生命规律摄生,这对于人们树立正确的养生观有一定的意义和价值。"none","for"and"inaction"are one of Laozi’s core ideas,covering the areas of hygienism and governance.Everything is born because of"none"(that is,"Tao"),and it is made up of"having"and eventually returns to"none.""Tao"is the mother of all things,so that all things have their own natural state and its prescriptive nature.The author adopts the text research and the literature analysis.The preliminarily connotation of"inaction"is"govern by doing nothing that goes against nature".We should observe the nature of"none"and let it natural.Secondly,contact the"HuangdiNeijing"(hereinafter referred to as the"Neijing")about health preservation theory,there are three specific aspects:"auxiliary nature"and"Yin and Yang in four seasons","hold a quiet mind"and"tranquilized mind","do when it does not happen"and"preventive treatment of disease".Tao follows nature,there is no living things,things grow old,obedient to the law of life,which has a certain significance and value for people to establish a correct view of health.
