摘　　要：本文介绍了英国议会制辩论的发展和主要架构,指出将辩论技能融合在传统大学英语课程,如英语写作课程中的必要性,通过分析英国议会制辩论中的三个基本技能——定义、反驳、总结,来阐述其在大学英语写作课堂上的促进作用,即促进学习者明确写作范围、有的放矢;促进学习者开启逆向思维、完善逻辑;促进学习者理清关系,深化主题.This paper introduces the development and main structure of parliamentary debate in the UK,points out the necessity of integrating debate skills into traditional college English courses,such as English writing course.By analyzing the three basic skills in parliamentary debate in the UK:definition,refutation and summary,the paper expounds its role in promoting college English writing class,that is,promoting learners to define the scope of writing.It can promote the learners to open the reverse thinking and perfect the logic;it can promote the learners to clarify the relationship and deepen the theme.
