摘  要:主要介绍无损检测装置的原理及应用,包括电子鼻检测、光谱检测、机器视觉检测、低场核磁共振检测、多源感知信息融合检测、高光谱成像检测,分析了无损检测装置未来的发展趋势。多源感知信息融合装置在未来肉类新鲜度无损检测当中有着良好的应用前景。The principles and applications of some nondestructive testing devices were introduced in this paper,which were electronic nose detection,spectral detection,machine vision detection,low field nuclear magnetic resonance detection,multi-source sensing information fusion detection,hyperspectral imaging detection.The future development trend of nondestructive testing devices was also indicated.It was concluded that multi-source sensing information fusion devices have a good application prospect in the future nondestructive testing of meat freshness.
