摘  要:选用不同柱色谱材料,对罗布麻茶黄酮进行分离富集,并对其体外抗氧化活性及体内抗疲劳作用进行评价。结果表明,聚酰胺树脂对罗布麻茶黄酮的富集效果最好,吸附率达65.08%,解吸率达41.27%;体外抗氧化实验结果表明,罗布麻茶黄酮对ABTS^+·、DPPH·、·OH自由基清除能力较强,当浓度为0.20 mg/mL时,其对DPPH·清除率达98.5%±0.18%,优于同浓度下阳性对照组V_C,具有良好的抗氧化能力;体内抗疲劳试验结果显示,罗布麻茶黄酮能有效延长小鼠的力竭游泳时间,提高小鼠肝糖原储备量,降低血清尿素氮含量,增强体内抗氧化酶系活力等,表现出良好的抗疲劳作用。Different column chromatography materials were selected to separate and enrich flavonoids from Apocynum venetum tea,and their antioxidant activity in vitro and anti-fatigue effect in vivo was evaluated.The results showed that polyamide resin had the best enrichment effect on flavonoids from Apocynum venetum tea,with the adsorption rate of 65.08% and the desorption rate of 41.27%. The antioxidant experiment in vitro showed that flavonoids in Apocynum venetum tea had strong scavenging ability on ABTS^+·,DPPH·,·OH free radicals.When the concentration was 0.20 mg/m L,the DPPH clearance rate was 98.5%± 0.18%,which was better than that of the positive control group V_C at the same concentration,indicating good antioxidant ability.The anti-fatigue test in vivo showed that flavonoids of Apocynum venetum tea could prolong the exhaustive swimming time of mice,increase the liver glycogen content,reduce serum urea nitrogen content and enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes in vivo,all of which pointed out that flavonoids in Apocynum venetum tea had well anti-fatigue effect.
