摘 要:为实现建筑类专科生顺利就业和高质量就业,其重要的途径来源之一就是根据学生在校的思想状态和实际情况,为他们制定就业指导工作。笔者对扬州工业职业技术学院建筑工程学院的2019届毕业生就业准备情况作了调查,发现他们普遍存在厌倦集中式就业讲座,职业规划未落实等问题,部分家长对行业前景和要求了解不足,使子女与优质企业失之交臂等问题。针对上述问题,笔者提出了包括就业指导课、就业指导活动、家校联系以及就业与职业指导数据匹配的对策方案。One of the important sources of smooth employment and high quality employment of architectural college students is to make employment guidance for students according to their state of mind and actual situation in school. The author made a survey on the employment preparation of graduates in the class of 2019 from the school of architecture and engineering of Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute, and found that they were generally tired of centralized employment guidance lectures, that career planning was not implemented, and some parents had insufficient understanding of the industry prospect and requirements, which made their children miss out on quality enterprises. Addressing the above issues, the author puts forward countermeasures including employment guidance courses, employment guidance activities, home-school contact and data matching between employment and vocational guidance.
