摘　　要：随着全面从严治党不断走向深入,高校纪检监察体制改革逐步推进,反腐败工作对高校纪检监察干部履责能力提出了更高的要求。为使高校纪检监察干部适应新形势、新要求,必须从纪检干部个人的思想政治素质、专业知识结构、业务能力等方面着手,全面提升纪检干部履责能力。With the deepening of strictly governing the Party,the reform of discipline inspection and supervision system in colleges and universities is gradually advancing,which puts forward higher requirements for the discipline inspection and the ability of supervision cadres to perform their duties in colleges and universities.In order to make supervision cadres in colleges and universities fully adapt to the new tasks and requirements,it s necessary to start with personal ideological and political quality,professional knowledge structure,professional ability level and other aspects of supervision cadres and improve the overall ability of supervision cadres to perform their duties.
