摘  要:有机化学实验是药学类专业学生的必修实践课程之一,是药学专业技能的重要支撑之一。针对传统有机化学实验中存在的学生预习情况较差、实验技能掌握不牢固、复习实验技能受场地限制等问题,为提高其有机实验技能,制作了实验微课,进行了基于微课形式的新教学模式探索。结果表明,有机单元操作的微课可以提高学生的学习效果;以微课为载体的有机合成实验采用翻转课堂模式,效果较好。最后,提出了复合式教学模式及贯通式基础化学标准操作改革思路,可以为药学类有机化学实验教学改革提供参考。Organic Chemistry Experiment is one of the compulsory practical courses for students majoring in pharmacy.Aiming at the problems existing in traditional organic chemistry experiments,such as poor preparation of students,students’weak grasp of experimental skills,and inconvenient review of experimental skills limited by the laboratory availability,a series of experimental micro-class videos were made,and a new teaching mode based on micro-class was explored,in order to improve students’organic experimental skills.The results showed that the micro-class of organic unit operation could improve students’learning effect.In the organic synthesis experiments,flipped classroom model with micro-class as the carrier showed better effect.Finally,this study proposed a mixed teaching model and a comprehensive reform idea of standard operation in basic Chemistry,which provided a reference for the reform of Organic Chemistry Experiment teaching for pharmaceutical majors.
