摘　　要：着眼农林类高职院校机电一体化技术专业高级技能人才培养需求,遵循高级技能型人才的生成规律,采取"德技并修"与"工学结合"相结合的方式,充分调动企业与院校高级技能人才培养优势,建立合力育人的运行机制,创建校企"德技并修、工学结合"协同育人机电一体化技术专业人才培养新模式,全面提升农林高职院校机电一体化技术专业高级技能型人才的培养质量。In order to meet the needs of the cultivation of the senior skilled talents in the Mechatronics Technology Specialty in the higher vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry,we should follow the law of the formation of the senior skilled talents,take the way of combining the"combination of morality and technology"with the"combination of work and study",fully mobilize the advantages of the cultivation of the senior skilled talents in the enterprises and colleges,establish the operation mechanism of joint efforts to cultivate talents,and create the"combination of morality,technology and"work and study in the universities and enterprises "the new training mode of mechanical and electrical integration technical talents should be coordinated to improve the training quality of high-level technical talents of mechanical and electrical integration in agricultural and forestry vocational colleges.
