摘  要:2014年国家全面推行住院医师规范化培训制度以来,各地在培养制度建设方面还处于探索阶段,将导师制引入住院医师规范化培训是非常有现实意义的尝试。北京大学第三医院自2015年起在住院医师培训过程中实行导师制,通过4年多的实践积累了丰富的经验。本文从完善管理体系、导师队伍建设、加强制度保障3个方面对导师制的实施提出切实可行的建议。希望提高广大培训基地对导师制培养制度的认识,使之更好地为提高住院医师规范化培训质量服务。The cultivation system of standardized residency training has been in exploration since China executed the training nationwide in 2014.It is a significant attempt to bring mentorship in the residency training.Peking University Third Hospital has implemented mentorship in residency training since 2015.We have accumulated rich experience in this field due to four years of practice.This article presented feasible suggestions on perfecting management systems,construction of the mentor teams and strengthening the systematic guarantees.It is expected to improve hospital’s understanding about the mentorship and standardized residency training quality correspondingly.
