高职院校现代学徒制企业教学点建设的实践探索——以清远职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：通过对清远职业技术学院实施现代学徒制的六个专业的企业教学点构建、运行和管理实践的分析,发现企业教学点的建设、运行与管理还存在功能单薄、运行管理水平低等需要改进的问题,这些问题滞后于这些专业的其它内涵建设。按照木桶效应,这些问题已成为推进现代学徒制工作的亟待解决的关键问题。In order to promote the deepening of the modern apprenticeship system, this paper discusses the construction, operation and management of the enterprise teaching points of the six majors in Qingyuan Polytechnic. There are some problems such as the single function, the low management, which lag behind the other connotation construction. According to the barrel effect, such problems have become a key element in advancing the work of modern apprenticeship.
