摘　　要：文章首先从日本人工智能产业的相关背景入手,梳理了日本人工智能国家政策相关的主要内容,从日本人工智能战略和人才培养两方面入手,总结了日本人工智能战略关注的五大核心和四个战略目标,并对人才培养政策和培养规模进行了分析。随后,文章具体分析了日本人工智能人才的培养模式,归纳出了三个方面的重要举措,包括初中等教育贯彻编程教育、强化高等教育改革、推动社会职业教育的多领域合作。最后,文章综合分析了日本存在的主要问题,包括人口结构危机、培养模式单一、资金投入不足、人才再教育壁垒多个内容,以期为中国人工智能教育提供参考。Firstly,starting from the relevant background of Japanese AI industry,this paper combed the main contents related to Japanese AI national policy,summarized the five cores and four strategic objectives of Japanese AI strategy from two aspects of Japanese AI strategy and talent training,and analysed the policy and scale of talent training.Subsequently,the paper specifically analyzed the training model of Japanese AI talents,and summarized the important measures in three fields,such as implementing programming education in junior and secondary education,strengthening higher education reform,and promoting multi-field cooperation in social vocational education.Finally,the main problems in Japan were analyzed comprehensively,including demographic crisis,single training mode,insufficient investment,high barriers to telant reeducation,expecting to provide reference for AI education in China.
