摘　　要：本文从高等职业类院校的项目管理工作现状谈起,发现高职院校项目库建设普遍流于表面形式,缺乏实质性的进展,部分高校缺乏科学合理性、前瞻性,缺乏专门的项目管理机构、评审委员会和专业管理人才,缺乏科学充分的项目论证,即使是已经批准入库的项目,由于种种原因,难以付诸予实施,针对这些情况,笔者提出一些切实可行的建议。This paper starts from the status of project management in higher vocational colleges and finds that the construction of project library is generally in the surface form,lacking substantial progress.Some colleges lack scientific rationality,forward-looking,specialized project management agencies,evaluation committees and professional management talents,as well as scientifically adequate project demonstrations.Even projects that have been approved for storage are difficult to implement for various reasons.In response to these circumstances,the author puts forward some practical suggestions.
