摘  要:美英澳等三国围绕“提高教育质量”颁布了一系列教师教育改革政策,对世界各国的教师教育产生了较大影响3通过对美英澳等三国教师教育政策的梳理与比较,发现三国政策既各具特色又具有很多共性,重点体现在“政策导向推动教师教育改革创新、立足职前完善教师教育培养体系、构建标准促进教师教育质量提升、强化合作优化教师教育实践环节、关注公平实现教师教育均衡发展”等方面,对于我国教师教育政策的改革创新具有一定的启示和借鉴作用。The United States, Britain and Australia have promulgated a series of teacher education reform policies to improve the quality of education, which has a great impact on teacher education in the world. Through a comparison of the teacher education policies of the United States, Britain and Australia, it is found that the policies of the three countries have their own characteristics as well as many common features. It lies in the policy-oriented promotion of teacher education reform and innovation, the improvement of teacher education training system based on pre-service, the construction of standards to promote the quality of teacher education, the strengthening of cooperation and the optimization of teacher education practice links, and the realization of balanced development of teacher education with equal attention. It has certain enlightenment and reference function to the reform and innovation of teacher education policy in our country.
