摘  要:以查尔酮和二苯基氧膦为原料,在三乙烯二胺(DABCO)催化下发生Michael加成反应得到3-(二苯基磷酰基)-1,3-二苯基丙-1-酮,产物结构通过~1HNMR和ESI-MS确定。对反应条件进行研究,确定该Michael加成反应的最佳条件为:物料比n(查尔酮)∶n(二苯基氧膦)=1.5∶1,n(DABCO)∶n(二苯基氧膦)=0.3∶1,反应溶剂为二氯甲烷,反应时间为9h。在此最佳条件下,产物收率为91.3%。3-(Diphenylphosphoryl)-1,3-diphenylpropan-1-one was synthesized from chalcone and diphenylphosphine oxide by Michael addition reaction with 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane(DABCO)as catalyst.The structure of the product was confirmed by^1HNMR and ESI-MS.The optimal reaction conditions of the Michael addition reaction were also investigated:the mole ratio of chalcone and diphenylphosphine oxide was 1.5∶1;the dosage of DABCO was n(DABCO)∶n(diphenylphosphine oxide)=0.3∶1;dichloromethane as solvent;the reaction time was 9 h.Target compound was obtained in a yield of 91.3%by the optimal reaction conditions.
