摘　　要：目前法律翻译人才的培养存在对通识教育和人文素养重视不足等问题。本文以全人教育理念为指导,尝试构建新时代背景下国际经济文化和商贸交流所需要的、能应对多语言、跨文化语境下法律实务所需求的法律翻译人才培养模式。具体包括:法律翻译人才的"全人教育"培养目标和培养方式、法律翻译人才培养的"全人教育"课程模块、"全人教育"的法律翻译人才培养师资保障。本研究以期为高等法律院校的法律、外语及相关专业在法律翻译人才培养等方面提供参考。At present,with regard to the cultivation of legal translation talents,not enough attention is paid to general education and humanistic quality.In new era,in order to solve this issue,based on holistic education this essay is aimed to construct a new mode of cultivating legal translation talents who can satisfy the need of internationally economic and cultural communication under multil-language and cross-culture circumstances.This mode includes holistic cultivation objective,diversified ways of cultivation,abundant course chunks,and various ways for establishing teacher team,etc.This study can be of some help to other universities in cultivating legal translation talents.
