摘  要:在当今新形势下,高职市场营销专业教师对于培训有新的需求,现有的市场营销专业师资培训体系急需创新。文章分析高职市场营销专业教师的培训需求,剖析现有高职市场营销专业师资培训中存在的问题,从培训调研、培训内容、培训模式、培训方法、培训考核方面提出相应对策。Under the new situation,marketing teachers in higher vocational colleges have new demands for training,and the existing training system of marketing teachers urgently needs be innovated.This paper first analyses the training needs of marketing teachers in Higher Vocational colleges.Secondly,it analyses the existing problems in the training of marketing teachers in Higher Vocational colleges.Finally,it gives innovative paths from training research,training content,training mode,training methods and training assessment.
