摘　　要：以实现"办人民满意"的高职教育为宗旨,对湖北省53所高职院校教师的满意度进行现状调研与实证分析,明确影响教师工作满意度的因素,提出提高教师满意度的策略,从而增强教育管理工作的针对性和有效性,为办好人民满意的高职教育提供参考与借鉴。It is clear that with the aim of realizing the higher vocational education’s " satisfying the people",the paper tries to investigate and analyze the current situation of teacher satisfaction in 53 vocational colleges in Hubei Province.The purpose is to clarify the factors affecting teachers’ job satisfaction.Then,it proposes some strategies to improve teacher satisfaction.Therefor,it is essential to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of education management.Similarly,it is necessary to provide reference for running the higher vocational education.Finally,people are satisfied with the vocational education.
