摘 要:菊花样品通过微波消解预处理,采用ICP-MS测定样品中镉、铬、铅和砷元素含量。结果显示,该方法RSD<4%,加标回收率在96.3%~104.5%。该方法便捷、灵敏度好、准确性高,能够同时测定菊花样品中多种有害元素。菊花中镉、铬、铅和砷的含量分别在0.1003~0.2093,0.5540~1.6637,0.1483~1.0707和0.0630~0.1370 mg/kg范围内,符合国家相关限量标准。The samples of chrysanthemum morifolium were pre-treated by microwave digestion,and the content of cadmium,chromium,lead and arsenic was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results show that the relative standard deviation of the method less than 4%and the recovery rate 96.3%~104.5%respectively.The method has the advantages of good sensitivity and high accuracy,and can realize the simultaneous determination of various harmful elements in the chrysanthemum sample.The content of cadmium,chromium,lead and arsenic in the chrysanthemum is in the range of 0.1003~0.2093,0.5540~1.6637,0.1483~1.0707 and 0.0630~0.1370 mg/kg,which is in accordance with the relevant national standards.
