摘 要:孝道作为中国传统文化的基因,其作用不仅限于显性的养老敬老,而且被隐性地植入了中国的社会政治结构以及中国人的生活方式和精神气质。本文立足于结构-功能主义的解释框架,以孝道与秩序的关系为视角,从三个层面依次分析传统孝道的"秩序情结"及其演变。首先,传统孝道内含的宗教意蕴赋予其天人合一和慎终追远的精神秩序情结。其次,传统孝道内生的世俗功能,执着于现世修齐治平的家国秩序情怀。再次,百年历史转型与传统孝道嬗变,造成多元文化冲突与乡村社会失序。最后,新时代呼吁重构孝道,重建乡村良性秩序的伦理之基。In traditional China,filial piety did not only mean caring for the aged. It was also embedded into the Chinese social and political structure. This paper analyzes the relationship between order and filial piety in traditional China,and its evolution in the modern period. Firstly,traditional filial piety had the metaphysical order in which man was an integral part of nature. Secondly,filial piety had the secular order which stressed cultivating one’s morality, governing the country, and pacifying the world. Thirdly, the modern historical transformation caused the neglect of filial piety and the disorder of the rural society. However,the new era now calls for the reconstruction of filial piety in the countryside.
