摘　　要：析了制茶学教学现状与存在的问题,基于学生创新能力培养,从教学大纲的修订、教学资源的整合、师资队伍的建设、实习基地的建设、第二课堂活动的开展等五个方面阐述了制茶学课程教学改革。Analyzed the present situation and existing problems of"Tea Manufacturing Science",this paper expounds the course teaching of"Tea Manufacturing Science"from Revision of the syllabusIntegration of teaching resources、The construction of teaching staff Construction of practice base aiming at application and Cultivating Innovative Ability.
