摘  要:校园欺凌的预防和治理是中小学教育中的一项难题。在诸多防治路径中,法治课堂教育是防治校园欺凌的重要进路。目前,中小学的法治教育主要放在思想政治课程中进行,涉及的内容和课时偏少,没有得到足够的重视,从事法治教育的师资力量也较弱。为强化落实中小学法治教育要求,有效防治校园欺凌,法治课堂教育应当建设从小学到高中的完备的法治课堂教育体系,独立开设法治课堂教育课程,并从指导监督机制、考核机制和教师培养机制等方面建设完善法治课堂教育配套机制。The prevention and management of campus bullying is a difficult problem in primary and secondary education.The law classroom education is very important to prevent and manage the campus bullying.At present,the law education in primary and secondary schools is mainly carried out in the ideological and political courses together,with less content and class hours inv olved,insufficient attention and weak teachers team engaged in the law education.In order to strengthen the implementation of the law education requirements in primary and secondary schools and effectively prevent and manage campus bullying,it is necessary to build a complete legal class teaching system from primary school to senior high school,independently set up legal courses,build and improve the supporting mechanism of legal class teaching from the mechanisms of.guidance and supervising,evaluation and teacher training.
