摘  要:目前,在我国经济产业中,食品产业占有非常重要的地位,高职院校食品类专业也应顺应“一带一路”的发展要求,改善教学形式,加强综合能力。本文对“一带一路”对于高职院校的深远影响进行了全面分析,并结合高职食品类专业课程,构建国际化教学体系,同时对教学评价体系进行完善,以培养出优秀的国际化人才。At present,the food industry occupies a very important position in China’s economic industry.Food specialty in higher vocational colleges should also comply with the development requirements of“one belt and one road”,improve the teaching form and strengthen the comprehensive ability.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the far-reaching influence of“one belt and one road”on higher vocational colleges,and combines the courses of food specialty in higher vocational colleges,and constructs an operation internationalization system.At the same time,it improves the teaching evaluation system and promotes the cultivation of excellent international talents.
