摘  要:面对新时代高校创新应用型人才培养的历史使命和专业选修课学生态度不积极的教学现状,结合对“食品分离重组技术”课程的学习与教学实践,从提高课程趣味性、发散学习思维、积极推行多样性的教学方式和优化教学考核内容等4个方面对该课程进行思考和再创新,助推原理知晓、变通灵活的应用型创新人才培养。Facing the historical mission of the cultivation of innovative and applied talents in the new era and the current state of the students with students'negative attitude towards professional elective courses,this paper combined the learning and teaching practice of the Food Separation and Reorganization Technology course to explore.The course has been deeply pondered and reinnovated in four aspects:improving the interest of the course,diverging learning thinking,actively promoting the diverse teaching method and optimizing the content of teaching assessments.These measures could promote the cultivation of application-oriented and innovative talents with a clear understanding of principles and flexibility.
