摘 要:MOOC(massive open online course)是一种大型开放式网络课程,它以一种全新的教学模式在全球范围内流行,也是我国教育改革和发展的热点。妇产科是临床医学四大主干学科之一,是一门教学内容复杂多样且操作性较强的学科。妇产科住院医师规范化培训是成为一名合格的妇产科医师的必经之路。但目前妇产科住院医师规范化培训仍处于探索阶段,在培训过程中存在着诸多问题,如带教教师水平参差不齐、规培学生临床基础知识不牢固、各规培基地学生之间缺乏交流等。将MOOC运用于妇产科住院医师规范化培训的临床教学和专业知识教学中,是妇产科住院医师规范化培训的新思路。本文根据目前妇产科住院医师规范化培训的现状,结合MOOC的优缺点,拟探讨MOOC在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。MOOC(massive open online course)is a large open online course that is popular on a global scale with a brand-new teaching mode and is also a hotspot of educational reform and development in China.Obstetrics and Gynecology is one of the four main disciplines of clinical medicine,and it is a subject with complex and diverse teaching contents and strong maneuverability.Standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents is the only way to become a qualified obstetrician.However,at present,the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents is still in the exploration stage,there are many problems in the training process,such as the level of teaching teachers is uneven,the clinical basic knowledge of the students is not strong,the students of the various regulatory bases lack of communication and so on.It is a new idea of standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology residents to apply MOOC to the teaching of clinical teaching and professional knowledge in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents.Based on the present situation of standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents and combined with the advantages and disadvantages of MOOC,this paper intends to explore the application value of MOOC in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents.
