角色扮演联合反思性教学在妇产科生产实习教学中的应用

摘　　要：生产实习是妇产科教学中的重要部分,为了有效提高妇产科生产实习的教学质量,将反思性教学与角色扮演法教学相结合应用于教学过程中,通过角色扮演法教学,使学生身临其境的体验临床场景,将职业内容与教学内容相融合,充分提高学生参与度,调动医学生学习的积极性,增强医学生临床实践能力及有效的医患沟通技巧;同时通过教师对模拟的教学场景、教学过程与教学效果进行反思,授课教师之间交流互补,以及通过教师分析学生对授课内容、授课形式及满意度等反馈结果,不断完善教学设计,提高教学质量,促进学生快速适应临床实践工作。文章通过对角色扮演法联合反思性教学方法的阐述,探讨其在妇产科生产实习教学中的应用价值。Clinical practice is an important part in gynecology and obstetrics teaching.In order to improve the teaching quality effectively,we combined reflective teaching with role-playing teaching in the teaching process.Through role-playing teaching,students can experience clinical scenes in an immersive manner and integrate professional content with teaching content.This teaching method improved the students'participation,aroused the enthusiasm of learning,and strengthened the medical students clinical and communication skills.It also improved the teaching design and the quality of teaching through reflection,which promoted students to quickly adapt to clinical practice.This paper illustrates the application of role-playing method combined with reflective teaching,and discusses its application value in obstetrics and gynecology clinical practice teaching.
