摘　　要：Michael Cronin在2017年新著《生态翻译:人类世时代的翻译与生态学》中围绕“翻译生态与全球治理”展开讨论,展现翻译与气候变化、食品安全、生物多样性、语言消失等互相交错的多层面相,以及对动物和其他非人类实体的持续关注,阐明翻译在建设可持续未来中的价值向度。该书体现了克朗宁翻译即生态,翻译融于生态,是生态的一部分的学术观点,是对国内生态翻译学“实指”研究的极好补充。In 2017, Michael Cronin discussed “Translation Ecology and Global Governance” in his book Eco-translation:Translation and Ecology in the Age of Anthropocene , showing the relationship between translation and climatechange, food safety, biodiversity, language disappearance and so on. It also paid attention to animals and other nonhumanentities, clarified the value of translation in building a sustainable future. This book embodies the scientificviewpoints of Michael Cronin, namely, “translation is ecology”, “translation is integrated into ecology”, and“translation is part of the ecology”. It is an excellent supplement to the literal-sense studies of Ecotranslatology indomestic translation studies.
