摘 要:针对传统医学教育存在的问题,以湖州师范学院医学院为例,就地方高校医学生第二课堂体系建设进行实践性探究,提出将"PBL教学"和"服务性学习"融入医学生第二课堂新理念,构建以"协同育人"为出发点的医学生第二课堂"1+2+3+4+N"工作体系和以"学分制"为抓手的医学生第二课堂成绩单制度,探索行之有效的实施路径,取得了令"政用产学研"五方都满意的良好成效,为相关高校深入开展医学教育改革和思政教育改革提供新思路。In view of the problems existing in traditional medical education, this paper takes the medical school of Huzhou University as an example to conduct a practical exploration on the construction of the second classroom system of medical students in local universities, and proposes to integra "tePBL teaching" and "service learning" into medical students. Taking the new concept of the classroom, the construction of the "1+2+3+4+N" work system for the second class of medical students based on "collaborative education" and the second class transcript system for medical students with the "credit system" as the starting point.We have explored an effective implementation path and achieved good results in satisfying the five aspects of "political industry, education, and research",and provided new ideas for the in-depth development of medical education reform and ideological and political education reform in relevant universities.
