摘　　要：科研育人是实现立德树人根本目标的“十大育人”体系之一,是地方本科高校深化人才培养模式改革的重要途径。文章在分析科研育人内涵的基础上,结合四川旅游学院科研育人实践,提出了科研管理育人、科研活动育人、科研评价育人的三个具体实现路径;同时,通过总结学校科研育人实践经验,为地方高校科研育人提升人才培养质量提供参考。Cultivating talents through scientific research is one of the ten education system projects to realize the fundamental goal of morality education,and an important way to deepen the talent-training reform for local universities.Having defined the connotation of cultivating talents through research,this article studies the education experience of Sichuan Tourism University.It summarizes the practical experience and offers three specific ways to cultivate talents:by research management,by research activities and by scientific evaluation.This article provides reference for improving the quality of talent cultivation in local universities.
