摘  要:目的:探讨PBL联合情景教学模式在口腔专科医院新入职护士岗前培训中的应用效果。方法:将医院新入职的62例护士随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例,对照组新护士给予传统岗前培训,观察组新护士采用PBL结合情景教学模式进行培训。1个半月后,评价两组新护士的理论考核与科室评价情况。结果:观察组新护士理论考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);科室对新护士的工作态度、沟通能力及四手操作配合技术评价均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合情景教学模式能够有效提高口腔专科医院新入职护士专科理论水平、沟通能力及四手操作配合技术,使新护士较快适应工作状态,值得在口腔专科医院新护士岗前培训中推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL combined with scenario simulation in the pre-job training for dental nurses.Methods:62 new dental nurses were assigned into observation group and control group.31 nurses in the control group only received traditional pre-job training while another 31 individuals in the observation group were given PBL combined with Situational Teaching Method.After one and a half months,the theoretical assessment and departmental evaluation of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The theoretical test scores of the new nurses in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The department’s Satisfaction with the work attitude,communication ability and four-hand operation technology of the new nurses were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:PBL combined with Situational Teaching Method in the pre-job training can effectively improve the theoretical level,communication ability and four-hand operation technology for new nurses in oral hospitals,and make nurses adapt to work status quickly.PBL combined with Situational Teaching Method deserves to be further popularized in oral hospitals.
