摘 要:为掌握压电驱动器在复杂力-电工作场中的动态特性,在压电驱动器位移动态测试台架上,对试制的压电驱动器在不同电场(限流电阻、驱动电压)和机械载荷(预紧力)下的输出位移特性、响应特性、输出力特性进行了试验研究。结果表明:试制的压电驱动器输出响应迅速,受限流电阻、预紧力和驱动电压的影响非常小,其频率响应可以达到2 kHz;驱动电压对压电驱动器最大位移输出和稳态位移影响最大,驱动电压升高,输出位移基本呈线性增加;随着限流电阻增加,压电驱动器最大输出位移减小,适当增加限流电阻和预紧力能够抑制位移波动;该压电驱动器在140 V驱动电压、2.2Ω限流电阻的情况下最大位移可达54μm,输出力大于840 N,能够满足压电喷油器球阀升程和球阀抬起力的要求。To explore the dynamic characteristics of piezoelectric actuators in complex mechanical-electrical working fields, the output displacement characteristics, response characteristics and output force characteristics of the piezoelectric actuators under different electric fields(current-limiting resistance, driving voltage) and mechanical loads(pre-tightening force) are investigated on a piezoelectric actuator displacement dynamic test bench. The results are listed as follows: the output response of the piezoelectric actuator is rapid, while the response characteristics are very little affected by current limiting resistance, pre-tightening force and driving voltage, with the frequency response rea-ching 2 kHz;the driving voltage has the greatest influence on the maximum displacement output and steady-state displacement of the piezoelectric actuator;the output displacement increases linearly with the increase of the driving voltage;its maximum output displacement decreases with the increase of the current-limiting resistance, and the displacement fluctuation can be restrained by increasing the current-limiting resistance and the preload properly. The maximum displacement can reach 54 μm and the output force is more than 840 N under the condition of driving voltage of 140 V and the current limiting resistance of 2.2Ω, which can meet the requirements of lift and lift force of the piezoelectric injector ball valve.
