摘  要:建筑业非正规划化的用工模式导致了诸多社会问题,尤其是近些年频发的建筑安全问题更是对建筑业的健康发展敲响了警钟,使得建筑工人的职业化成为亟待解决的问题。本文以建筑工人职业化发展的目标为导向,从行为规范化、就业组织化、劳动关系契约化和从业专职化四个方面提炼建筑工人职业化发展的影响因素,并基于鱼骨图和AHP方法建立影响因素的评价模型,得出技术培训、建筑工人的受教育程度和劳务合同的签订是建筑工人职业化发展的关键影响因素。最后,以安徽省建筑行业为背景,通过对比现状与目标在关键因素上的差距,从个人、企业及社会环境三个维度提出建筑工人职业化发展的路径建议。There are some of social issues as the abnormal employment model in building industry,especially the safety issues were occurred frequently in recent years which has impacted and alert the health development onto the building industry,Based on this,the professionalization of building employers is important and must be solved as soon as possible.The key effect factors of the professionalization of building workers are,if been through the technic training,what education levels they got and if signed the labor contract after analyzing the goal of the professionalization development from the connections of code of conduct,employment organization contract labor and work specialization,also establishing the model to evaluate the effect factors in line with fishbone diagram and AHP. At last,a development route of professionalization of building employers is proposed by comparing the difference on key factors between aim and current situation from individual enterprise and social environment sides under the background of building industry of Anhui province.
