摘 要:在推进指向核心素养的体育教学过程中,体育"学困生"是体育教师尤其需要关注的对象。在成因方面,体育"学困生"的产生有身体素质、心理素质等内因之分,以及社会、学校、家庭三大环境的外因之分。在策略方面,可通过"基于学科核心素养、借力校内外资源、创设有效学习环境、借助根本原因分析法"四大方面,探寻体育"学困生"的转化策略。When promoting PE teaching that focuses on core competency,sports PE teachers pay special attention to"the students with learning difficulties".In terms of the causes,there exist internal factors for these students,including physical quality and psychological quality,and the external factors of three major environments of society,school and family.For the strategy,we can explore the transformation strategy for"the students with PE learning difficulties"through the following four aspects:"depending on core competency of the discipline,taking advantage of the resources inside and outside the school,creating an effective learning environment,and making use of root cause analysis".
