摘　　要：随着跨境电商业务的飞速发展,跨境电商人才需要空前旺盛,同时,跨境电商行业对人才的需求也发生了一些变化。跨境电商专业如何更好地服务和促进经济的快速发展,以及培养出符合社会需要的创新创业性人才,已经成为高校当前必须要重视以及面对的课题之一。论文针对目前高校跨境电商校内实训基地建设中存在的问题进行分析,就高职跨境电商校内实训基地建设实践提出见解。With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce business,cross-border e-commerce merchants need unprecedented prosperity.At the same time,the demand for talents in the cross-border e-commerce industry has also changed.How the cross-border e-commerce specialty better serve and promote the rapid development of economy as well as cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents that meet the needs of society has become one of the issues that universities must pay attention to and face at present.This paper analyzes the current problems existing in the construction of cross-border e-commerce training bases in colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of cross-border e-commerce training bases in higher vocational colleges.
