临床护士心理弹性特点及影响因素的路径分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护士心理弹性特点及与影响因素的关系。方法采用一般资料问卷、心理弹性量表、流调中心抑郁自评量表、护士工作压力源量表、职业倦怠量表(服务行业版)及护士工作满意度量表对重庆市2285名临床护士进行调查。结果临床护士的心理弹性总分为(63.87±12.96)分;抑郁、工作环境及资源、情感衰竭、个人成就感降低可直接及间接影响心理弹性,护士工作满意度对心理弹性具有直接影响,其中抑郁是心理弹性最主要的影响因素,总效应为-0.428。结论护士心理弹性较差,抑郁、工作环境及资源、情感衰竭、个人成就感降低、工作满意度是护士心理弹性的重要影响因素,且抑郁是最主要因素。Objective To explore the characteristics of resilience and the influencing factors.Methods A total of 2 285 clinical nurses in Chongqing were investigated using a general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale,Chinese Nurses Stressor Scale,Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey and Nurses’ Job Satisfaction Scale.Results The resilience score for nurses was(63.87±12.96).Depression,working environment and resources,emotional exhaustion and diminished personal accomplishment directly and indirectly influenced resilience of clinical nurses, and nurses’ job satisfaction influenced resilience directly.Among them, depression was the main influencing factor of resilience,and the total efficiency was-0.428.Conclusion Nurses have poor resilience.Depression,working environment and resources, emotional exhaustion,diminished personal accomplishment and nurses’ job satisfaction play important rols in enhancing resilience of clinical nurses,and depression is the most important factor.
