普通本科高校内部质量保障体系建设的成效、问题与对策——基于31所普通本科高校2015-2016学年度“本科教学质量报告”的文本分析  被引量:10

摘  要:选取31所普通本科高校2015-2016学年度“本科教学质量报告”文本进行实证分析,研究表明:近年来普通本科高校内部质量保障体系建设取得显著成效:教学中心地位更加突出,教学基本条件明显改善,教学质量监控体系更加完善。部分高校也存在质量主体意识不强,内部质量保障建设的系统性有待提高及“以学生为中心”的教育理念并未形成共识等问题。加强普通本科高校内部质量保障体系建设,应注重以文化为内核促进高校内部质量保障体系建设,以教师为主体推进高校内部教学质量保障体系建设,“以学生为中心”改进高校内部质量保障体系建设。The text of"Undergraduate Teaching Quality Report"of 31 ordinary undergraduate universities for the 2015-2016 academic year was selected for empirical analysis.The results show that:in recent years,the construction of internal quality assurance system of undergraduate colleges and universities has achieved remarkable results:the teaching center has become more prominent,the basic teaching conditions have been significantly improved,the teaching quality monitoring system has been more perfected.Some colleges and universities,however,have some problems,such as weak quality subject consciousness,the need to improve the system of internal quality assurance construction,and the lack of consensus on the"student-centered"education concept.To strengthen the construction of internal quality assurance system in universities,we should focus on promoting the construction of internal quality assurance system in universities with culture as the core,promoting the construction of internal teaching quality assurance system in universities with teachers as the main body,and improving the construction of internal quality assurance system in universities with students as the center.
