摘 要:目的探讨山东北虫草不同极性部位体外抗氧化活性。方法采用邻苯三酚自氧化法和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH自由基)清除能力测定法检测北虫草不同极性部位的体外抗氧化活性。结果北虫草水提取部位、乙酸乙酯部位清除超氧阴离子和DPPH自由基的作用与维生素C相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);北虫草不同极性部位清除超氧阴离子和DPPH自由基的能力与浓度呈正相关;北虫草不同极性部位清除超氧阴离子能力的大小为水提取部位>乙酸乙酯部位>石油醚部位>正丁醇部位,清除DPPH自由基能力的大小为水提取部位>乙酸乙酯部位>正丁醇部位>石油醚部位。结论北虫草水提取部位和乙酸乙酯部位有较强的体外抗氧化活性作用。Objective To examine the antioxidant activities in vitro in different polar parts of Shandong Cordyceps militaris.Methods Pyrogallol self-oxidation and DPPH free radical scavenging were used to examine the antioxidant activities in vitro.Results The effects of scavenging superoxide anion and DPPH free radical in the water extracting fraction and ethyl acetate fraction of Cordyceps militaris were similar to those of Vc(P>0.05).The different polar parts of Cordyceps militaris had certain ability to scavenge superoxide anion and DPPH free radicals at different concentrations,and the clearance rate was positively correlated with the concentration.The ability of removing the superoxide anion from different polar parts of Cordyceps militaris was water extraction site>ethyl acetate site>petroleum ether site>n-butanol site;the ability to remove DPPH free radicals was water extraction site>ethyl acetate site>n-butanol site>petroleum ether site.Conclusion The water extracting part and ethyl acetate part of Cordyceps militaris have strong antioxidant activity in vitro.
