高校体育学学科建设与学生就业质量有效融入研究

摘　　要：文章以湖南文理学院为个案,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和专家访谈法等研究方法,对该校体育学学科建设与学生就业质量有效融入问题展开实证研究。结果表明,影响体育学科建设与学生就业有效融入的因素为:(1)培养目标与学科专业定位与培养目标之间存在冲突;(2)课程设置存在重理论轻实践的现象;(3)培养目标存在较大社会分歧;(4)人才培养模式单一,实践教学创新不足;(5)课程设置与学生就业意愿脱节。依据这些因素,提出强化体育学学科建设与就业有效融合的对策,无疑对推进高校体育学科建设,提升体育专业人才核心素养,提升学生就业质量具有重要意义。Taking Hunan University of Arts and Sciences as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on the effective integration of discipline construction of sport science and students employment quality in Hunan University of Arts and Sciences by the use of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and expert interviews.The results indicates that the factors affecting the effective integration of discipline construction and students employment are:(1)the conflicts between training objectives and the orientation of discipline and specialty;(2)the phenomenon of emphasizing theory over practice in course installation;(3)strong social disagreement in training objectives;(4)single-mode talents cultivation and insufficient innovation of practical teaching;(5)separation of course installation and students employment intention.Based on these factors,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the effective integration of sports discipline construction and employment,which is undoubtedly of great significance to promote the construction of sports discipline in colleges and universities and improve key competencies of P.E.majors and quality of students employment.
