摘  要:中国工程教育长期坚持走国际化人才培养发展道路。以“华盛顿协议”为代表的国际工程教育专业认证明确要求参加认证的工程专业学生在毕业时应具备一定的国际视野,并能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。对此,各参加认证专业需根据自身情况,制定合理的国际化工程人才培养方案,并通过大学英语、双语或全英文专业课等课程教学实现对国际化工程人才的培养。文章以扬州大学电子信息工程专业的“随机信号处理”全英文课程教学为例,从师资队伍、教学资源、教学方法、学习方法等方面展开讨论,探索专业认证背景下工程专业国际化人才的培养,以期通过全英文课程教学模式的改革和创新提升教学质量,进而帮助提高工程专业大学生的国际化水平。China's engineering education has long adhered to the path of international talent training and development.The international engineering education certification represented by the"Washington Agreement"clearly requires that engineering students who participate in certification should have a certain international perspective and is able to communicate in a cross-cultural context when they graduate.In this regard,each major participating this certification needs to develop a reasonable international engineering talent training program according to their own backgrounds through degree courses such as college English,bilingual or major classes in English to achieve the training of international engineering talents.Taking the"random signal processing"English teaching of electronic information engineering in Yangzhou University as an example,from the aspects of faculty,teaching resources,teaching and learning methods,this paper explores the cultivation of international talents in engineering under the background of the certification,so as to improve the quality of teaching through the reform and innovation of the teaching model of the full English curriculum,and to help to improve the international level of engineering majors.
