“校企合作”工程下云南省高职院校高尔夫管理专业人才培养模式深化研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计法等,对云南省高职院校高尔夫球人才需求的状况以及学校高尔夫球管理专业人才培养现状进行了实地调查与研究分析。主要结论:云南省高职院校高尔夫管理专业人才培养现状和模式不适合目前高尔夫行业企业岗位需要,校企双方之间衔接较差,师资队伍及其教学课程体系不合理,校企合作机制不完善,需求与供给不平衡且人才培养与社会需求不相符合。建议从师资队伍、人才培养方案、校企合作新模式、教学与实践相统一等方面不断深化和优化高尔夫球专业人才培养的创新模式。By means of questionnaire survey,interview,literature and mathematical statistics,etc.,this paper conducts field investigation and research analysis on the demand of golf talents in higher vocational colleges of Yunnan province and the training status of golf management professionals.The main conclusions are that golf management present situation of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan province and the pattern is not suitable for the golf industry enterprise need;cohesion between the schools and enterprises is poorer;teaching staff and their teaching course system is unreasonable;university-enterprise cooperation mechanism is not perfect;unbalanced demand and supply as well as talent training are not consistent with social needs.It is suggested to deepen and optimize the innovative mode of golf professional talent cultivation from the aspects of teaching staff,talent cultivation plan,new mode of school-enterprise cooperation and unity of teaching and practice,etc.
