我国新兴跨界产业社会培训服务体系建设研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国新兴跨界产业蓬勃发展,在国民经济中发挥着重要的作用,但也面临诸多问题,其中最明显的是人才的缺口,这成为了阻碍该产业发展的瓶颈之一。如何组建符合产业和行业需要的新兴跨界产业社会培训服务体系,培训跨行业的应用型人才成为新兴跨界产业的关键。文章对新兴跨界产业进行研究,拟通过建立企业、市场、政府、高校合作的社会培训服务体系,培养人才,促进新兴跨界产业的发展。In recent years, emerging cross-border industries are booming and playing an important role in the national economy of China, but it also faces many problems, the most obvious of which is the shortage of talents. It has become one of the bottlenecks hindering the development of the industries. How to set up a cross-border social training service system and train talents with cross-industry skills have become the key. The essay intends to promote the development by establishing a system integrating enterprises, markets, governments, and high education institutions.
