新时代背景下应用型本科高校大学生综合素质养成路径研究

摘　　要：应用型本科高校作为向国家输送应用型人才的重要基地,在新时代背景下肩负着提升大学生综合素质的教育任务。而在稳抓实用型人才的当前,针对高校大学生开展的素质教育工作却面临着教育主体缺失、理论与实践脱节等问题,需要以专门的养成路径加以完善。本文立足于应用型本科人才培养面临的综合素质要求与潜在问题,从环境、道德、专业素质、心理等层面出发,提出加强大学生综合素质教育的培养路径。As an important hub for the transfer of application-oriented talents to China,application-oriented undergraduate colleges shoulder the educational task of determining the overall quality of college students in the new era.With the cultivation of practical talents as the main task for the application-oriented colleges,a special cultivation method is required to improve the education of undergraduates’qualities with solutions to the lack of educator and the disconnect between theory and practice.Based on the potential problems and requirements for comprehensive qualities of application-oriented undergraduate talents,this paper puts forward several training paths on strengthening the education of comprehensive qualities of college students from the aspects of environment,morality,professional qualities and psychology.
