摘　　要：正确处理实践与理论的关系是高校法治教育的重要环节,在法学教育中开展第二课堂活动,是增强学生实践能力的重要手段,是培养社会需要的合格法治人才的必要方式,是卓越法治人才培养的必然要求,同时也是应用型本科高校教育历史走向的要求。As the comprehensive recommendation for rule of law construction,the education of the rule of law in colleges and universities is undoubtedly an important part.Correctly handling the relationship between practice and theory is critical for the colleges and universities legal education.Launching the second classroom activities in legal education is a significant method for enhancing students’practical ability;it is also a necessary way to cultivate qualified and society-required legal talents;in addition,it is an inevitable requirement for the cultivation of outstanding legal talents;last but not the least,it is a historical requirement for application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.
