构建“一体化、三层次”的税务实验教学体系改革——基于应用型创新人才培养视角

摘　　要：“互联网+”时代下税务人才培养面临着巨大的变革,为了培养能适应信息社会发展需要的应用型创新人才,应用型高校改革税务实验教学体系已迫在眉睫。文章分析了目前税务实验教学存在的问题,并在此基础上,本着培养应用型创新人才的目标,提出了构建“一体化、三层次”的税务实验课程体系,充分运用信息技术手段,不断改进教学方法、深度融合校企合作,建立高度仿真的实验案例库以及实施多样化、多环节量化的实验考核方式等构建“一体化、三层次”的税务实验教学体系的改革建议,以期能有效促进高校税务实验教学改革,提高实验教学质量,培养出更多更优秀的应用型创新人才。Tax talent cultivation faces great changes in the“Internet+”era.It is urgent to reform the tax experimental teaching system in application-oriented universities in order to train application-oriented innovative talents who can meet the needs of the development of information society.The paper analyzed the problems existing in current tax experiment teaching,and on this basis,from the target of training applied innovative talents,put forward suggestions on reform of constructing an“integrated and three-Levels”tax experimental teaching system,such as constructing“integrated and three-levels”tax experiment course system,making full use of information technology,integrating university-enterprise cooperation to establish highly simulated experimental case base and implementing diversified and multi-link quantitative test method,etc.in order to effectively promote the reform of tax experimental teaching in university,improve the quality of experiment teaching,and cultivate more excellent applied creative talents.
