摘 要:目的运用Meta分析的方法定量评价微课教学法在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed中有关微课教学法和传统教学法在我国临床护理教学中应用的文献,末次检索时间为2018年10月。按照纳入与排除标准筛选文章,提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用RevMan5.3和Stata统计软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14篇文献,共包括试验组931例和对照组943例。结果显示,试验组学生的理论及操作成绩明显优于对照组,分别为[MD=9.45,95%CI(6.46,12.43),P <0.00001]和[MD=8.82,95%CI(6.85,10.79),P <0.00 001],其差异有统计学意义。结论微课教学法在我国临床护理教学中效果优于传统教学法。Objective Quantitative evaluation of the application effect of Micro-Lecture teaching method in clinical nursing teaching by metaanalysis. Methods The literature about the application of Micro-Lecture teaching method and traditional teaching method in clinical nursing teaching in China was searched by computer from China National Knowledge Infrastructure database, Wanfang database, VIP database and PubMed. The last retrieval time was October 2018. After screening articles according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracting data and evaluating the methodological quality of inclusion studies, meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 and Stata statistical software. Results A total of 14 articles were included, including 931 cases in the experimental group and 943 cases in the control group. Meta-analysis showed that the theoretical and operational scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, respectively [MD=9.45,95%CI(6.46,12.43), P < 0.000 01] and [MD=8.82,95%CI(6.85,10.79), P < 0.00 001]. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of Micro-Lecture teaching method in clinical nursing teaching in China is better than that of traditional teaching method.
