摘 要:经济契约和心理契约是联结企业与员工关系的重要纽带,员工关系管理就是保障企业与员工共同合作、争取双赢的一系列契约。通过对北京市中小企业员工关系现状、经济契约和心理契约建立程度进行调查研究发现,目前北京市中小企业经济契约建立情况优于心理契约建立情况,心理契约对员工关系具有更显著的影响,企业是否设立专职的员工关系岗对心理契约评价有显著影响。Both economic contract and psychological contract are the critical ties linking the relationship between enterprises and employees.Employee relationship management is a series of contracts that guarantee the cooperation and win-win relationship between enterprises and employees.Based on the investigation of the current situation of employee relationship and the degree of establishing economic contract and psychological contract in small and medium-sized enterprises in Beijing,this paper finds that the establishment of economic contract is better than that of psychological contract,psychological contract has a more significant impact on employee relationship,and whether the enterprise has a full-time employee relationship post has a significant impact on the evaluation of psychological contract.
