摘  要:中国正处于社会转型期,随着社会治理的进一步推进,社会工作者的需求量明显上升。为了更好地培养符合社会需求的一线社会工作者,开放教育必须承担更多的责任和使命。但在人才培养过程中遇到了实际困境,即如何将专业社会工作融入到现有行政社会工作中去。以上海开放大学中的静安分校和崇明分校为个案,考察开放教育社会工作专业发展的生存状态,深入分析学生专业选择偏好以及其求学诉求,总结嵌入性模式的实践运用,并探索通过专业认同与职业认同的提升打破嵌入性模式的基本格局状态。China is in the social transition period.With the further development of social governance,the demand for social workers increases significantly.In order to better meet the social needs of first-line social workers,open university must shoulder more responsibility and mission.However,in the process of talent training,it encounters actual dilemma,namely how to integrate the professional social work into the existing administrative social work.Taking Jing'an and Chongming Branches of Shanghai Open University as an example,this paper explores the operating status of the adult higher education development of the professionalization of social work.The author analyzes deeply students'professional choice preference and academic demands,and summarizes the practical application of embedded model.In the end,the paper explores to break the basic pattern of the state of the embedded model by promoting professional recognition and professional recognitions.
