摘　　要：人力资源管理专业实践教学体系的构建对提高学生的实践技能起到保障作用,符合现代应用型高校教学改革的需要。介绍了应用型本科院校人力资源管理专业实践教学体系现状,分析了应用型本科院校人力资源管理专业实践教学体系存在的问题,阐述了应用型本科院校人力资源管理专业实践教学体系的优化策略。The construction of practical teaching system of human resource management specialty plays a guarantee role in improving students’practical skills,which meets the needs of teaching reform in modern application-oriented colleges and universities.It introduces the current situation of practical teaching system of human resource management specialty in application-oriented universities,analyzes the problems existing in practical teaching system of human resource management specialty in application-oriented universities,and expounds the optimization strategies of practical teaching system of human resource management specialty in application-oriented universities.
