摘 要:目的确定护理硕士专业学位(MNS)研究生培养目标体系的各级指标及权重。方法将德尔菲法和优序图法相结合,对MNS研究生培养目标体系中的各级指标进行评价。结果本目标体系包括5个一级指标,17个二级指标和59个三级指标。一级指标中,权重值由高到低分别为专业知识(0.271)、专业能力(0.265)、专业动机(0.198)、专业精神(0.184)和专业特质(0.082)。二级指标中,专家较注重专科基础知识(0.136)与专科护理知识(0.136)、专业情感(0.092)与专业追求(0.092)、专业态度(0.069)、专业发展追求(0.067)和专业规划能力(0.062)这5个方面。结论本研究确立的MNS研究生培养目标体系指标及权重分布与实际趋势相符,表明研究结果较可靠。未来还需进一步验证其实用性与可行性,使MNS培养目标体系更科学合理。Objective To determine the indicators and weights of all levels of the master of nursing specialist(MNS).Methods The Delphi method and the superior sequence method were combined to evaluate the indicators of the MNS postgraduate training target system.Results The target system consists of 5 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 59 third-level indicators.Among the first-level indicators,the weight values range from high to low were professional knowledge(0.271),professional ability(0.265),professional motivation(0.198),professionalism(0.184),and professional characteristics(0.082).Among the second-level indicators,experts pay more attention to the five aspects of specialist basic knowledge(0.136)and specialist nursing knowledge(0.136),professional emotion(0.092)and professional pursuit(0.092),professional attitude(0.069),professional development pursuit(0.067)and professional planning ability.(0.062)these five aspects.Conclusion The MNS postgraduate training target system index and weight distribution established in this study are consistent with the actual trend,indicating that the research results are more reliable.In the future,it is necessary to further verify its practicability and feasibility,so that the MNS training target system is more scientific and reasonable.
